Roast "Rôti " with caramelized onions

Ingredients

  • Roast beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Margarine
  • Pepper
  • Granulated sugar
  • Water
  • Parsley

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut everything into small pieces.

Cut small incisions in the roast beef and put the pieces of garlic.

In a skillet, melt the margarine. Once it is hot, brown the onions with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and add the parsley. Once the onions are golden, grill the roast on each side for a few minutes.

Butter an oven dish, and put the roast in it. Put a little water in the bottom of the dish and season with pepper.
